AI agents that do real work in your business.
We build your company's knowledge base, then the agent infrastructure that runs on top of it. Your team gets working assistants they can hand tasks to. Set up end to end, by us.
Two things, done properly.
Your knowledge base.
Everything your business knows — processes, client history, pricing, documents, past projects, the answers that currently live in one person's head — structured into a Postgres database that belongs to you.
Your agent infrastructure.
Agents that read from that knowledge base and carry out tasks. Drafting, research, follow-ups, reporting, lookups, data entry. The work your team is doing by hand right now.
We handle the whole build: planning, database design, agent setup, and getting your team using it.
Everything to run it, in your hands.
A company knowledge base in Postgres
Structured, searchable, and yours.
Agents your team can access
And hand real tasks to, day to day.
Your own AI personal assistant
Connected to your business, not a generic chatbot.
A scalable agent framework on Vercel's Eve
So adding your fifth or fiftieth agent doesn't mean rebuilding.
Documentation and training
So your team runs it without calling us every week.
Open source framework
Built on an open source framework and multi-model LLM access.
Four steps, start to finish.
- 01
Discovery.
We sit down with you and map how your business actually operates. What gets repeated, where time disappears, what your team asks each other for. This is where most of the value gets decided.
- 02
Structure.
We design the database schema for your knowledge base. This is the part that determines whether the system holds up in three years or falls over in six months.
- 03
Build.
Knowledge base loaded. Agents built, connected, and tested against your real work.
- 04
Handover.
Your team learns to use it. You get the documentation, the access, and the ownership.
Built on foundations that won't need replacing.
Your knowledge base sits in Postgres. It has been around for thirty years, it isn't going anywhere, and every serious tool in this space speaks to it.
That matters because the AI layer will keep changing. Models change. Frameworks change. Your knowledge base shouldn't have to. And on the day you want to move it somewhere else, Postgres is the format everything else is built to accept.
We'd rather set you up on something durable than something new.
Small and medium businesses.
Businesses that know AI should be doing something for them but don't know what to automate or where to start.
You don't need a technical team. You don't need to know what an agent is. You need to know how your business works, and we'll handle the rest.
No decks. No black boxes.
- No strategy decks that end at "recommendations."
- No half-built pilots handed over with a login and good luck.
- No black box you can't inspect or take with you.
We build the thing, we connect it to your business, and we make sure your team uses it.
Clear numbers, no surprises.
The full build: discovery, database design, agent setup, and training. Billed monthly while we build, typically over 4–8 weeks.
Keeps your knowledge base and agents running, updated, and online.
Ongoing help, new agents, and expansions as your business grows.
After the build, Standard maintenance is required to keep everything running. Add Additions & Support whenever you want more hands on. Unless you wanted a complete handover, which is possible but you need somebody at IT on your team.
Answers before you ask.
How long does a build take?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on how much lives in your business and how many agents you want at launch. We scope it precisely on the intro call.
Do we need someone technical on our side?
No. We do the build. Your team needs to be able to explain how the business runs, and to show up for training at the end.
Where does our data live?
In your own Postgres database, under your control. You keep the credentials and the export.
We already use ChatGPT. Why is this different?
ChatGPT doesn't know your pricing, your clients, your process, or your last two years of work. This does, and it can act on it.
What does it cost?
Development is $2,500/month while we build (usually 4–8 weeks). After launch, Standard maintenance is $50/month and required to keep everything running; Additions & Support is $500/month if you want ongoing help and new agents.
Let's find out what's worth automating.
A 15-minute intro. We'll ask how your business runs and tell you honestly whether this is worth doing for you.
